2003 Sport models come standard with HPG VR type rebuildable shocks. The shocks are designed to add comfort in small stutter bumps by using an internal bypass bleed system. The problem with shocks that utilize this system is they provides little support and create a bouncy, unstable feel on rough terrain. Our solution is adding compression adjustable reservoirs to the center and rear shocks. The reservoir control valve will provide additional damping support for large displacement bumps preventing the suspension from easily compressing threw its travel. Adding reservoirs will have little effect on the plush VR ride and greatly enhance the suspension performance on rough terrain. This package will give your sled the ability to handle a wider range of trail conditions and add compression adjustability to your rear shocks. |
