REPLACEMENT SHOCKS

Watch the rear arm upper mount to make sure the cross shaft can freely rotate. If the rear arm is bent causing the shaft to bind, the rear shocks will feel like they are over dampened. |
Make sure the rails are both straight and parallel with each other. A bent rail will cause your shocks to feel over dampened. Check this by removing the HY-Fax and placing a straight edge on the bottom of the rail. It doesn’t take much of a bend to cause linkage bind. |
For 2003 Sport or X model Rev Chassis, we recommend our DR front spring kit and switching the stock sway bar to SD part#505070948 the STD springs are too soft and sway bar is too stiff. This causes wallow and darting. |
Watch the cooler strips when studding the rear track. The protector strips aren’t lined up with the open windows on the track. Adjust your stud pattern for clearance. |
O3 sport and X package Revs were released with a Beaver Tail snow flap. We recommend replacing it with a Beaver tail delete kit. |
