HYFLO HOSE KITS

 

HYFLO hose kits have a less restrictive path of oil flow from shock to reservoir. The hoses are designed to reduce the hydraulic pressure build up created from high velocity large displacement impacts. This increase in flow gives the shocks internal damping system more control and effective range when making adjustments.HYFLO hoses are the key for getting OEM massed produce shocks to perform at the highest level. These kits have been thoroughly tested by Factory X/C and Snocross teams and have survived the Tesoro Iron Dog and Kain’s Quest X/C snowmobile races.

 

Test Data shows the difference between the stock hoses and the Hyflo hose kit. The test is performed on a shock Dyno with 4” stroke capability, running at only 37.5 in/sec. this is a fraction of the shaft speeds that are encountered during normal trail ridding conditions. This test is measuring the restriction of oil flow, seal friction and resistance to nitrogen pressure. Hyflo hoses provide serious performance that will maximize any remote reservoir application!
